Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using ArchEdTech you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password confidential. Minors must have a parent or guardian register on their behalf.
3. Registration fee
Access to the marketplace requires an active subscription, chosen from the plans shown before payment. Plans are billed per period (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) and a valid coupon may reduce the price. Access lasts for the paid period plus a short grace window for renewal. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Using the marketplace
- ArchEdTech connects members ??? lesson arrangements, payments between members and the quality of any class are between the members themselves.
- Teachers must present themselves truthfully, including their qualifications, subjects and rates.
- Do not misuse the platform: no spam, harassment, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
- Do not share the contact details of other members outside the platform without consent.
5. Content you post
You remain responsible for content you publish, such as posts, offers, profile details and messages. You grant ArchEdTech a limited license to display that content on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. Moderation and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, mislead other members, or harm the community. You may close your account at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
ArchEdTech provides a platform for members to connect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between members, including lesson outcomes, missed sessions or payments. We are not responsible for interruptions to the service beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArchEdTech operates. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page.
